Choose a context before the meeting

2 min read · Updated [date]

A few seconds of context make every Cue fit the conversation you’re actually in.

1Pick the kind of conversation

Business meeting, Sales, Negotiation, Interview or General meeting — or choose Other… and name it yourself.

2Pick your role

For example Seller or Buyer in a sales call, Interviewer or Candidate in an interview, Presenter or Participant in a business meeting. Choose Other… to describe your role in your own words.

3Add a goal

Optional, up to 500 characters. Cue uses it to judge what matters, without repeating it back to you.

Tip: Be specific: “Agree a start date for the pilot” beats “Sales call”.

4Set the meeting language

Under More options. Auto follows the language the other person speaks.

5Change it mid-meeting

Open Meeting details to change the type, role or goal. The next Cue uses the new context. Phravo remembers your last type and role for next time.

6Keep your files in Knowledge

Upload PDF, DOCX, TXT or Markdown files in your workspace under Knowledge — up to 20 MB each, 25 files and 500 MB in total. Scanned PDFs without selectable text can’t be read.
