How are minutes counted?

By the seconds Phravo actively processes across your billing month. Questions you type use your Ask AI allowance.

Do unused minutes roll over?

No. Minutes and Ask AI questions reset every month on your billing date — on yearly plans too — and what you don’t use doesn’t carry over. Bonus minutes from referrals are used after your monthly minutes and last [90] days.

What does Team add over Pro?

A shared workspace: share conversations, maintain one knowledge base and playbook, manage members and roles, and pay on one invoice.

When should we choose Business?

When you roll Phravo out to 20 people or more: everyone gets bigger allowances, longer sessions and an onboarding and success manager. Single sign-on and an audit log are coming to Business soon.

Need more than Business?

Talk to us. For 200+ people or specific needs — custom limits, a security review, invoicing or a custom agreement — Enterprise is set up with you. Talk to sales

What happens when I reach my limit?

Capture pauses and everything you already have stays available. You can upgrade at any time; your new allowance applies straight away.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at your next renewal, and you keep your plan until then. Billing & refunds

Who processes my payment?

Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. It runs the checkout, handles sales tax and sends your receipts. Your card statement shows PADDLE.NET* PHRAVO. Phravo never sees your card details. Billing & refunds

Is there a free trial of the paid plans?

Free is free forever and needs no credit card — use it in real meetings first. Your first payment on any paid plan has a 14-day full refund.
