Prices are in USD, per person. Tax is added at checkout where it applies. Yearly prices on the Pricing page are monthly equivalents of one yearly payment. Enterprise is priced with you.

The Free plan never asks for a card and never turns into a paid plan on its own.
What counts toward your limits
- Session time counts processed seconds once, even when your mic and the meeting tab are both on.
- Pause stops capture and usage. Muting only your mic doesn’t pause the meeting audio.
- Cue, live transcript, notes and insights are included in session time. Each successful Ask AI answer uses one question; failed ones don’t count.
- Minutes and questions reset monthly on your subscription date, including yearly plans. Unused allowances don’t roll over.
- Knowledge limits are storage, not monthly upload credits.
When you run out
Capture pauses and your notes stay available. On Pro you can choose to buy a $5 top-up for 120 extra minutes, valid for 90 days. Top-ups are never bought automatically.
Renewal and cancellation
Paid plans renew at the interval you chose. Your workspace shows the next renewal date and amount. Cancel there any time; access continues until the end of the paid term. Uninstalling the extension or signing out does not cancel billing.
Changing your plan
Before an upgrade, we show any immediate charge or credit and your new renewal amount. Downgrades apply at renewal. If you move to a plan with less storage, existing files stay but new uploads pause until you’re within the limit. We give 30 days’ notice before a shorter history window applies.
Team seats
Team covers 2 to 20 seats and Business 20 to 200; for more, Enterprise is arranged with our team. Admins can add or remove seats from the Team page; checkout shows how any change affects your next invoice before you confirm. [Confirm proration rules before launch.]
Referral rewards
Bonus minutes from referrals are used after your monthly minutes and expire after [90] days. A free month from a yearly referral is added to your next renewal, or starts a month of that plan if you’re on Free.
Refunds
Ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription, monthly or yearly. After approval the account returns to Free. Renewals and top-ups don’t restart the window. For duplicate or incorrect charges, send us the invoice reference and we’ll fix it. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.
Who processes payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, handles billing enquiries and returns, and sends your receipts. Your card statement shows PADDLE.NET* PHRAVO; PayPal payments show PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET.
